Chef Phillip Paris sees St. Louis forming into a multicultural influenced city that has welcomed the world's cuisine. Growing up with a strong Greek influence and plenty of comfort foods he offers a wide variety to one of the up and coming hottest culinary cities. Chef Paris is a firm believer in 'the basics', technique and the freshest products as well as food quality, presentation, creativity and putting a strong emphasis on consistency. His specialty is a Wild Mushroom Porchini Truffle Risotto that is out of this world. Chef Paris received his training from Washburne Culinary School. He has been seen in places such as the St. Louis Magazine, Show Me St. Louis, KMOX, & Where Magazine. As he sees some of the biggest food trends influencing St. Louis to be the fusion of many different cultures we are bound to see his name showing up in new places. |
